Joe Gazis Using the pool, spa and sauna facilities was a good experience. Staff were friendly and professional. Changing rooms were clean and tidy. The pool is an indoor heated, 25 meters in length. A smaller second pool for kids and parents. Lockers were available on request. Rates are reasonable. Car park is ample.

M G Ive seen Ian for about a year and it has been a great experience. After seeing a lot of different professionals over prior years for a variety of issues it has been such a relief (and a help) to find someone who can not only help with all the different injuries but also transition me from rehab to back to sport and gym.

Maureen Araneta-Timbre Highly recommended! Hes really good and very professional. My daughter had knee injury and she had a big swimming meet in 1.5 weeks. He understood our concerns and just knew what we needed. My daughter felt so much better after just 1 session and she thought it was like magic. She had 3 sessions with him and she came out ready to compete.
