North Side Yoga - NSW

Renee T I felt incredibly grateful to find Franziska as an instructor. I had always been an active person, but I had been experiencing severe hip pain and was avoiding all exercise. My physio encouraged me to try Franziskas classes. I started attending in 2020. I have been attending classes regularly since. Franziska has amazing knowledge of Iyengar Yoga and extensive knowledge of the body and how it should move. Her classes have limited numbers, so each student is given guidance on correctly learning and building on their yoga practice. The classes are always a bit different, I feel like I learn something new with every class. Thank you Franziska for how much I have learned and been able to grow stronger in body and mind. I am looking forward to another year of classes :)
