Jason, the owner, runs a tight, professional operation and my trainer Pat is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled—one of the best personal trainers I’ve worked with. The gym is immaculately clean, there’s great free parking, and everything is run smoothly and professionally. As a guy over 45, I’m seeing real results and feeling stronger every week. All coaches are incredibly welcoming and make an effort to say hello and help if you if you need it. I really appreciate this as gyms can sometimes be intimidating.

5 /5 Ben Barnett: Now entering Beast Mode! Ive trained at heaps of gyms over the years, and the ones I always feel most comfortable in and get the best results from are local independents. The staff and trainers care about your development more, and are actually invested in seeing you make gains and overcoming any hurdles or barriers (either mental or physical.... in my case both!) that are holding you back from reaching your potential. Space is good, equipment is good, the crowd is a good mix of punters who work hard but also play hard, and the vibe is welcoming. Get involved, you wont regret it!!!

Curves Gym Watsonia - NSW

MzCrz I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the Curves Family. I go after work and just join the circuit and get my complete workout with a minimum of fuss. The machines at Curves have all been placed into position to give the body a scientifically balanced workout, and I love the fact I dont have to think about what I should do next, as in a normal gym.

Southern Yoga and Health Centre - NSW

Maiko Brewer I really like this yoga centre. I feel that Chris, the yoga teacher, does the most sophisticated and beautiful yoga poses of any yoga teacher I have ever seen. I like the way Chriss yoga is in tune with deeper breathing and each pose is done with great care. I take long, deep breaths and find the pace of her classes perfectly suited to me. After her classes I feel lighter not only in my body but also in my spirit!

Brooke Curline If you want: Expert Coaching Different classes each time Face the Beach as you workout in a brilliant location SL Active is IT ! Wouldnt want to be anywhere else and could never go back to a "four walls gym" Cant rate it highly enough Come for a trial ! You wont regret it (and we are all great fun!)

F45 Training - NSW

Kylie Lee I joined F45 in January 2024. Originally I joined for the flexibility of sessions but it has also increased my fitness so much. I love being able to have access to multiple session times each day and the online booking system is easy to use. Being able to train 7 days a week is amazing. I prefer the group fitness environment and F45 Doreen always brings the vibes. The trainers are always welcoming, helpful and push me to my limits.
