Alana Scott I visited on the morning of 10/06/23 to find some rings to replace my wedding band set while I travel to Europe. The staff member who helped me was so persistent in finding something exactly right, and when the rings were all too big for my finger she showed me how to use their clear ring adjusters. Amazing service and I was so happy with the result!

Andrew Copeland I cant talk highly enough of all my experiences with Raphael Jewellers. Ive had the pleasure of having our engagement rings and wedding rings designed and made by them. The service, knowledge and ability to understand what we wanted was impressive. We have since had 3 children, and Joseph came up with an amazing design for an interlocking pendant. We had one made for every family member and they now sit beautifully on a necklace my wife wears.....very close to her heart. Sarah Wright Today, we had an exceptional customer service experience with the lovely ladies at the Erina branch of Angus & Coote. Ellyse, Theresa, Linda and Karyn all went above and beyond when helping us choose the right rings for my partner and I. One ring in particular, could not be ordered in my partners size, so they took him and the ring to the nearby jeweller to see if it could be resized. I was suffering from severe decision paralysis and was overwhelmed with what would complement my engagement ring. They were all very patient with me and offered great advice clearly based on extensive experience. I ended up getting a ring that I hadn’t even considered but which worked perfectly with my unique engagement ring. Both my partner and I left feeling really well looked after and impressed with a level a customer service that you rarely find these days. Thank you.
