T.O South The purchase experience here was great — staff were helpful and I was happy with the watch. The next day, I went to their recommended watchsmith to get the bracelet adjusted. Unfortunately, the adjustment was done hastily and without care, leaving visible scratches on my brand-new watch. It’s disappointing that a store selling good timepieces would refer someone who handles them so poorly. If you care about your watch, I’d suggest finding your own trusted watchsmith or dont go to Watch Empire @ Miranda
