From the moment I walked in, the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. The team assisted me in selecting the perfect watch that not only met my style preferences but also fit comfortably within my budget. The model I selected was not in stock but arrived within a couple of days which was awesome. They have then ensured the fit was just right, making sure it was both comfortable and secure on my wrist. The attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. Thanks to the team at Mazzucchellis Jewellers in Miranda, I walked away with a fantastic deal on a watch that I absolutely love. I highly recommend this store to anyone in search of quality watches.

2 /5 T.O South: The purchase experience here was great — staff were helpful and I was happy with the watch. The next day, I went to their recommended watchsmith to get the bracelet adjusted. Unfortunately, the adjustment was done hastily and without care, leaving visible scratches on my brand-new watch. It’s disappointing that a store selling good timepieces would refer someone who handles them so poorly. If you care about your watch, I’d suggest finding your own trusted watchsmith or dont go to Watch Empire @ Miranda

A short time after I had moved on with my search, Babz called back with a few other options and text me some pictured of another watch I loved even more than the first. Babz was excellent. She really looked after us. She is clearly full of passion and she completed the last piece of our stressful week. Thanks again!

1 /5 Jordan A: My partner bought my engagement ring from here, in the 5.5 months we have been engaged, I have been able to wear it for 1 week, and in that week a little diamond from the band fell out. They refused multiple times to resize based on being pregnant/ post partum and hand too hot (even though my hand was never swollen nor ever changed size). Then took a month for resizing a very simple ring. A diamond fell out at some point within a week. They tried to charge me for the lost diamond. Its been being repaired for 9 weeks now with no sign of it returning, they can take hours to find our file on the system when I contact them, always say they will call back and dont. Been trying to get an ETA at least weekly for 4 weeks and no one can provide this, just tell me to call back in a week. Head office cant tell me where it is. Dont ever buy from here!

Babz went above and beyond to get my wedding band into the store and also fast tracked my engagement ring and other rings to be replated and polished all without much notice as well planned the wedding all within 3mths. Babz always remembered my name when going to the store and messaged the eve of our wedding to give best wishes. Such beautiful and personal customer service especially what you want when buying such beautiful and classy jewellery
