Rohin Kumar Really enjoyed working with Pranav through out the whole process of getting my engagement ring made. His attention to detail during every phase of getting the ring was solid - whether it be during the initial discussion, working back and forth during the design phase and then ultimately the creating the ring. He was always open to design changes which made him super easy to work with and the end product has been amazing. Will be going back to Pranav for all future diamond needs, including the wedding band!

Nicholas Hadaway Just had my second watch I inherited from my Grandfather, serviced and repaired. Both from late 50s early 60s. Glen did a fantastic job on them both. The Omega was easier but the Lator was broken and required parts. Glen found the parts fixed it polished it and it is running again 60 years from when it was built. Just amazing service.

The process from idea to actual ring has been so smooth and efficient and I was happily surprised by how personalised the experience was, despite the larger online presence. We booked an appointment and was able to come in the next day to try on rings and discuss the style I wanted. At no point did I feel rushed or as if the team was just there wanting to make a sale. Eli truly wanted to help create the prefect ring for me. When I picked up the ring a few weeks later the team went above and beyond to make sure the new ring fit with my existing set and it was all coming together as expected, including some touch ups to my existing wedding band.
