The service from Annette was truly exceptional—she made us feel so welcome and comfortable from the start. Her knowledge of jewellery is impressive and she personalised the entire experience, making me feel so special. When I showed her a photo of the engagement ring I envisioned, Annette immediately arranged for a similar ring to be transferred from another store. It was perfect! Since our wedding, we’ve visited a few times for cleanings and resizing, and Annette, along with the other staff, always makes us feel right at home.
