EDIT - Cant reply to your comment so Ill reply here, my brother Matt was talking to your gumtree account for a few days and has all the proof, there is no other story, I wish I could upload it here so you and your staff could get embarrassed looking at it. I dont understand why you couldnt just hold onto the product for a few days until he could come? As for positive reviews, it just shows that most businesses arent giving good customer service to get a good review!

1 /5 Billy Hotchin: They are not clear on communication, when you attempt to do business with them. remember by law you get 1 month to get your stuff back and after that there no longer liable They will then keep and immediately resell your items without further care, communication or consent. Dont think a quick call to ask for more time will help your items will be sold before even set foot in the store again. When you want to do any business with a pawn shop, go elsewhere! At least at cash converters, you know youll get ripped but they dont touch or sell your stuff with out clear instructions and communication This guys got 30years of experience in life, screwing the average man maby. But moral, ethics and good business. No I really think he is a bad egg.
