Trinatee White WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER The guy had an attitude the minute we walked in the store and said rude things like you can’t afford that, not even your father. He misled us and tried to charge extra. They’re overly priced and not good variety of products anyway. The store was stuffy (they don’t turn on the air conditioner) and they have always been rude to us and others who we know that visited their store.

I dont understand why you couldnt just hold onto the product for a few days until he could come? Mehak June I done the ear piercing from here and that was my first and worst experience from lovisa. I have done nearly before month. And i visit today because my earing stuck in the ear . And request for help but she directly refuse to do it. I will never come back here . Very bad experience really hated this.
