You may find a decent collection but rest assured, they go out of their way to ensure you find exactly what you’re looking for. Highly recommend for anyone seeking Nepalese style jewellery and exceptional service. I picked up the wrong size of the chain without doing my due diligence and they assisted me to fix the size at no charge and without asking me to come again to collect.

Focusing on my friend, I called Holdsworth after our visit and Shelly couldn’t have been more helpful in remembering what I’d seen and organising everything for me (resizing etc). They are always very willing to help, the quality of the repairs is outstanding, repair times are very quick and customer service is always on point and polite. I have always had a magnificent experience here. Today I picked up my gold bracelet which was given to me from my mom and it broke suddenly, I did not mind driving all the way to the city because I just don’t trust anyone else with my jewellery. If you are looking for a trust worthy place to fix your beloved gems I highly recommend this place. Thank you once again
