5 /5 Elizabeth Menke: Gabriella is extremely helpful and takes time to help you when youre looking for something very particular she knows exactly which items to show you, also extremely friendly and easy to get along with. She helped me find earrings for my daughter that are perfect for her style. Definitely 5 star service.

1 /5 Sarah Michelle: The quality of jewellery is one thing but the awful customer service is something that I have never experienced before. I am so disappointed that there are people who are just outright disrespectful when a customer needs help or clarification. The manager at this store is unfortunately, deceptive and dismissive and I felt extremely uncomfortable speaking with her about the situation that had occurred. If you intend on buying $100 jewellery from here just be aware that the quality is beyond terrible and the customer service is worse.

2 /5 shehani rukunayake: Good variety of jewellery at reasonable prices. However customer service needs to improve. I went in asking if they had jewellery in a particular price range and the lady said yes and pointed on the opposite side of the store. When I went there, there was no jewellery within the price range I asked. The staff there were too busy having conversations and laughing with each other. I would have really appreciated some assistance in finding the right jewellery considering there was no one else in the store and and 3 staff available. When I finally found an item had to wait 5 minutes for the ladies to finish having their conversation before someone could come and assist. I really hope this experience doesnt happen to any one else.
