Susan Jowett I went into Harli and Harpa today at Eastland 11/8 looking for a chain that I bought a few weeks ago that I absolutely loved, but sadly lost. I must say, the two girls that helped me went beyond my expectations trying to find the chain in store and online. The service I received was exceptional. I wish I took down their names, but one was blonde and the other dark haired. Thank you so much for trying so so hard and even though i didnt get to buy it again, you both tried so hard . You should be commended for going out of your way to help me.

Nathan The price was a bit expensive, but worth every dollar—you really get what you pay for. Kayla was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and explained everything we needed to know, which made the whole experience so much easier. One staff member wasn’t as welcoming, but Kayla’s outstanding service more than made up for it. She’s the reason this deserves 5 stars!

Vera Cheffers Cameron did a beautiful job cleaning my jewellery, done in 15 mins and provided amazing service. I will certainly be a future customer and recommend Ringwood Jewellers to anyone looking for a one-on-one experience. Thanks Cameron
