Moorean Smith My partner and I were in this store during our stay in Nelson bay in February. We were served by a gentleman named Micheal and a lovely mature lady. We would highly recommend this store as their service, friendliness and level of care was outstanding. They were very helpful in providing suggestions and trying their best to find what I wanted. They matched it with a great price so we purchase three pieces. We had so much fun! We will definitely be back to see them again!

Lynden Moore Had the best experience here. I was replacing my engagement ring and wedding bands and Im so glad I picked Secrets. Buddy was absolutely incredible to work with, he was patient and definitely not pushy like other stores Id been to, which I really appreciated. He communicated so well with us and went above and beyond. Holly was also amazing, she was so helpful and lovely, and my daughter absolutely loved her. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience - nothing ever feels like too much trouble and theyll happily work to your budget and style.
