5 /5 Suzette Venter: I’ve been doing bootcamp with this crew for over 12 years now, and I still love it. The workouts are tough, but also a lot of fun. We get a solid mix of cardio, HIIT, strength training, running and sprinting throughout the week, so it never gets boring. Every session pushes you to level up your fitness without it feeling like a chore. The trainers, group of participants and outdoor setting also make this a great environment to train in and keep you motivated throughout the year, rain or shine. Hooya!!
