Katerina Stavrou So so happy with Platinum One! Its honestly the best "service" Ive ever received in terms of PT, I feel really well looked after. I get so much advice all the way from my nutrition to my daily habits to my work outs and all the encouragement in between. Really down to earth bunch of trainers here, and the bonus free classes when you sign up with personal training actually get us all together and mingling and makes this whole thing feel like a community. Ive never had such a good experience with training, I really, really am so impressed and happy! 100% worth every penny spent.

Aidan takes the time to work with you on your goals and tailor training plans to make sure you’re hitting them. The focus isn’t on extreme changes or diets but gradual shifts to your everyday habits...much more sustainable in the long term! The classes are always varied and challenging, yet still accessible to all — no matter your fitness level or experience. The coaches bring great energy and positivity to every session, keeping everyone motivated (and making sure there’s no slacking with too much yakking!). They’re also attentive to technique and quick to offer smart alternatives if, like me, you’re managing an injury — so you can still train hard and enjoy your workout. And the community? It’s outstanding. Everyone’s focused on their own fitness journey but also genuinely supportive — celebrating each other’s progress, from new lift PBs to six-week challenge results that keep you encouraged and accountable. xuyang liu This Pilates studio really gave me a very different feeling. I’ve tried a few other studios before — they were more suitable for beginners, but at Flux the teachers are very dedicated, and the classes are more challenging, so the difference is quite obvious. I truly recommend it! And the best part is, you can even bring your little fluffy along, just need to check with the instructor in advance.

Fiona Leung If you’re looking for a fantastic Pilates and yoga studio, this is it! With fun and energetic teachers surrounded by a warm and welcoming community I cannot recommend this place more. Oh and the best part? Puppies! More often than not you’ll see the friendly dogs of Flux supervise your workout and patiently await your pats afterwards!

Miles Cope-Summerfield Sam helped me improve my climbing skills and focused on injury prevention. I’ve now been able to train consistently without setbacks. He gave me a customised program to start with, then we adjusted every few weeks to make sure I was staying on track with my goals, while also balancing that with my sometimes busy work/life schedule. Highly recommend Sam for anyone looking to elevate their climbing game!

Riaan Steenekamp I’ve been training with Sam for about a year, with my goals being to increase climbing strength and overall strength building of major muscle groups. During this time, these goals continued to evolve to include more specific subtleties, e.g. handstands and core strength. Sam’s “open and honest” approach has been great, especially for me as someone that struggles to word my physical goals. He is also very realistic and responds to inputs and feedback quickly. I’ve seen excellent changes in my climbing ability, which does not just include being a stronger climber, but also being more accepting of falling. I’ve also seen an overall increase in major muscle group strength of about 35%, and having deadlifted 185kgs has been blast! The part that I’m really stoked about it, that in July I had surgery, and with Sam’s help, I’ve not just recovered to pre-surgery lifting numbers, but have exceeded those! I’ll recommend Sam to anyone looking to increase their climbing strength, technique, and overall physical strength, no matter where you find yourself in your journey.

Kelly Song As the place was right beside my house, I decided to try Pilates (also, the newbie discount was unbearably tempting) because I thought it would help me get less injured in the gym and have better posture. Guess what? After a week of intense Pilates, my chronic hamstring and left shoulder injuries were magically gone. I tried Pilates a couple of times before and had bad experiences, but HIIT Pilates Studio did exactly the opposite. The ambiance and the atmosphere were calm, sophisticated, and lovely. I had a class with all the instructors, who were surprisingly cool, helpful, and wonderful. (Like, ALL of them are really wonderful.) I felt like they really wanted to help, not just limited to get the right posture, but really to help me get better. I didnt expect myself to enjoy the classes and appreciate all the instructors this much. Definitely going to extend my stay with HIIT Pilates Studio after I figure out my gym schedule!

Mike Davis I have participated in the small group training run by Michael and his team for nearly a year. Michael has supported me through my fitness journey as a total gym newbie, creating exercise programs suited specifically to my needs and abilities, including programs to allow me to continue exercising safely and rebuild strength through recovery from a significant injury. Michael has a truly holistic approach to health, wellbeing and fitness, enhanced by an online platform and community exclusive to the group of people that he works with. Geoff Irvine Jessie has been training me for over 6 years now. She has an excellent understanding of the age appropriate programs to strengthen weak areas. She also assisted greatly with a shoulder injury, working in sync with what my physio was doing. Highly recommend her as a injury rehabilitation trainer!!!

H Ashley (Make Reception) Stretch labs Sergio from St Leonards has improved my neck mobility and upper body so much it feels like new once more. When movement is restored, its like you have a new set of eyes, I can peer around when before Id be walking in a position that felt stuck. Within a three month period youll get results that is truly transforming posture, shoulder mobility and range of motion , and ill share this with people I come into contact with as it makes a difference at work and your daily life. Adam Kopacsy I only had a couple of 25 minutes stretch sessions and also 25 minutes in the compression boots and I already feel better. My shoulders are less stiff and it is a big thing considering zero stretching after exercises in the last 20+ years. Thank you Brookly, Sam and Alec! See you next week.

Graham Carroll Ive been working with Kyle at Allied Movement for some time and he has contributed significantly to my cardio fitness, strength and mobility mainly through the pulsers classes More recently,he has contributed greatly to the rehabilitation of my right shoulder after injury. He is very patient and explains everything clearly. Id recommend him to anyone who wants to stay active and healthy regardless of their age.
