5 /5 Kelly Song: As the place was right beside my house, I decided to try Pilates (also, the newbie discount was unbearably tempting) because I thought it would help me get less injured in the gym and have better posture. Guess what? After a week of intense Pilates, my chronic hamstring and left shoulder injuries were magically gone.
I tried Pilates a couple of times before and had bad experiences, but HIIT Pilates Studio did exactly the opposite. The ambiance and the atmosphere were calm, sophisticated, and lovely.
I had a class with all the instructors, who were surprisingly cool, helpful, and wonderful. (Like, ALL of them are really wonderful.)
I felt like they really wanted to help, not just limited to get the right posture, but really to help me get better.
I didnt expect myself to enjoy the classes and appreciate all the instructors this much. Definitely going to extend my stay with HIIT Pilates Studio after I figure out my gym schedule!
