After giving birth, I returned at 6 weeks postpartum, and the support from the trainers made all the difference. Coming back to training after having a baby can be really tough, but the trainers were always willing to help me modify exercises and listen to my needs.
Thanks to Fitstop, I got fit enough to complete my first solo Hyrox at 8.5 months postpartum! The community here is incredible—friendly, supportive, and motivating.
