Soomaiya Akhtar Khan I absolutely love Urban Pilates! I’ve been coming for about a year now, and it has made such a positive difference in my body. It was my first time trying Pilates, and I instantly fell in love with it. The studio itself is beautiful and has such an uplifting energy. What I really value is that even in group classes,the instructors make sure to give everyone personal attention. You never feel lost — they check in, correct form, and keep you motivated throughout. I’ve trained with several instructors, and all of them have been fantastic. A special shout-out to Paris, Slaney, Clare, and Vanessa (having 4 favorites tells it all!). Naomi Fink When I started Whitney’s MUMM FITT postpartum program I was so nervous to return to the gym and juggle fitness and a baby. I immediately felt at ease when I started the program and have loved the positive impact it’s had on my physical, mental and social emotional well-being. I’ve enjoyed it so much I’m still training with Whitney and other mums months later. Whitney makes it so fun, bub friendly and goes above and beyond to be accomodating and personalise the workouts for everyone. She’s amazing!
