The Exercise Physiology Centre - NSW

Will D Daniel is a great exercise physiologist who really helped me get through my chronic elbow tendonitis. He knew exactly what I needed and put together a plan that actually worked for me. His approach was practical and easy to follow, and he made sure I understood what I was doing and why. Im happy to say Im now back to normal and pain-free. If youre struggling with tendonitis or anything similar, definitely give Daniel a try.

His teaching goes beyond physical skills, bringing wisdom, discipline, and genuine passion to the session. He successfully engaged a large group of 70 energetic fourteen-year-olds, keeping them focused, respectful, and enthusiastic throughout. It was an outstanding workshop, and we highly recommend him to any school looking for a meaningful and engaging Kung Fu experience.

I highly recommend the gym for anyone who is looking to get back into training after an injury or break from training. The staff and trainers are very knowledgeable and supportive to meet your fitness needs! Always going above and beyond to learn about you and support your needs. Lots of equipment and variety of classes. Functional Mobility is a great class for all levels to get you moving and mobile, Ive not done a class like it anywhere else!
