Contrast therapy has been game changing for my recovery and great for building mental strength and discipline. The compression boots are an absolute must after leg day! This place has such a great vibe, staff are absolutely lovely too!

Vivienne Louise Tatnell Honestly, the best gym in Australia. As a National Athlete I travel around the country. This has to be the best gym I’ve ever trained at. Great vibes. Good staff. And cute cafe / coffee shop with healthy meals. Highly recommend for all people from the community and athletes.

Mya Vo My sons love going to their gymnastic classes here. The space is spacious, bright and colourful, very kid friendly. Class timetable offers a wide variety to choose from. Online booking system is user-friendly. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most coaches are enthusiastic and work well with children. I like the coaches who actually perform the actions at the start of each station. A few coaches only talk with minimal demonstration, which is a bit hard to follow. All in all, an excellent gymnastics for children.

Brownlee A big thank you to Ethan for training my self and my wife over the last few months. Ethan’s fresh approach to PT was amazing and inspiring. We really found out what the core strength is about and Ethan always supported us and was flexible in recognising that some exercises were not suitable and adapted new ones for us on the spot.
