Theres a lot of brokers out there, and they do the bare minimum and let you go, while still picking up commissions. Minh handled a problem with my lender, a BIG problem, with grace and professionalism, and just did everything that needed to be done to sort it out. It shouldnt have happened in the first place, but it was cleaned up and I really appreciated that effort and the will to see it through. Highly recommended.
