F45 changes that – it pushes you in the best way, and I love it! It almost feels like personal training because the coaches are right there to guide you, correct your form, and help you get the most out of every workout. Such a great, friendly and supportive environment!

The trainers and community are so supportive. I feel stronger, fitter, and more confident every week. Inspired by Sarah I have even started running after saying my entire life ‘I’m not a runner’. The music, the people, the workouts, it’s all a vibe and whilst it’s ’me time’ I love that I can bring my little girl and she is watching me work hard to feel good. Don’t get in your own way and do something for you. It’s so important!

Spencer Chapman Emilio helped us with our wedding first dance, and was a terrific choreographer and teacher. We came in never having danced before and left with a routine we loved and super confident to dance it. Emilio was supportive and clear, always ready with a tip or trick up his sleeve to make something easier or more fun. He was open to challenging us and encouraging in the way he did it. And I think he may have given us a love of dancing we never knew we had. All in all, cannot recommend highly enough.

Carrie Nammuni SJJA Willoughby has be a fantastic introduction to the sport. My son loves his sessions with Ryan and has progressed so well. Jui Jitsu is excellent in developing strength, coordination and confidence! Everyone is friendly and it is a great learning environment.
