They are highly supportive of everyone no matter what age or physical ability and the vibe in the studio is of a community all doing good things for themselves together, while having a lot of fun doing it! Sharni, Mel and the team have supported and welcomed us from day one. We love turning up, seeing the familiar faces, and sharing a bit of healthy competition; it’s become one of the best parts of our day. All fitness levels are welcome + there are so many class options! And now the new recovery extras like the compression boots, sauna and cold plunge are such a bonus. We love the community they’ve been fostering and it really feels like something special to be part of. An awesome small business led with so much heart, and we’re so grateful we found it.
