When she first started, she was quite shy and unsure of herself, especially in group settings. But over the past few weeks, we’ve seen a huge change in her confidence, both on and off the mat. The instructors are incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging. They’ve created an environment where kids feel safe to challenge themselves and grow. It’s not just about learning self-defense (though that’s a great bonus!) it’s about building resilience, discipline, and self-respect. Highly recommend this program to any parent looking to help their child build confidence, stay active, and develop life skills in a really positive and empowering environment.

Amanda Leeson ASN Frankston is that store — the one where you walk in and instantly feel like you’ve got your own hype squad. The staff are ridiculously friendly, actually know their stuff, and somehow manage to recommend products without making you feel like you’re being sold a whole new personality. The store is spotless, the range is huge, and the vibes? Immaculate. If you want honest advice, great products, and a team that treats you like a regular even when it’s your first time, this is the place. 10/10 would happily let them take my money again.
