The coaches are so invested in making you take the next steps in your fitness level, which ever level that may be. The members are friendly and local and if you visit regularly they become fast friends. Do yourself a favour, join and get healthy!

Anne Peake My daughters attended Transform and recommended it to me. I wanted to become stronger to be able to lift my new grandchild. I had an assessment done and felt very much at home and welcomed. I found the cost very reasonable. I love the Pilates classes. I don’t feel pressured to perform perfectly and just take it at my own pace. The staff can see the improvement I am making in strength, flexibility and balance and the classes are so enjoyable I want to keep coming back. The other class members are lovely and the teachers are experienced, patient, helpful and fun. Shout out to Christina and Petra.

Not only does she prioritise the studio experience, but she also has a deep understanding of anatomy and a commitment to continuous learning. I can confidently refer clients and patients to her, knowing that they will receive expert care to help their bodies heal and become stronger. Personally, I love pilates, and knowing that Laura is a FRC Mobility Specialist makes her experience even more amazing.
