Vanessa De Coninck I’ve just joined RTB and was particularly interested in the no cardio, only strength training offering. I’ve trained at all kinds of gyms: BFT, F45, CrossFit and traditional gyms. RTB is definitely one of my favourites due to its unique small group strength training. I get plenty of cardio elsewhere and wanted a gym that would help me gain muscle and strength. The coaches and program have delivered this and then some. The program itself ensures you get a full body workout every session focussing on different muscles groups. You just show up and they tell you what and how to train, then you record everything in an app ensuring progressive overload, it’s super easy and I don’t have to think which is great. The gym is super shmick, heaps of weights and barbells, it’s spacious and comes with really nice showers, recovery equipment, 2 saunas and ice baths all free to use every day. The classes are nicely paced and not crowded and has a really friendly atmosphere. You can pause membership anytime and there are no contracts. Super easy to book into classes too. Highly recommend if you’re looking to up your strength training game!
