His attention to detail, especially when it comes to weight lifting techniques, has made a huge difference in both my performance and results. I’ve seen significant improvements in my strength and overall form. The gym offers a great range of equipment, is well-maintained and clean, and even has lockers—a big plus. The staff were friendly and greeted me upon arrival, making me feel genuinely welcome. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Henry Openshaw Great gym that’s well equipped since they’ve upgraded the facilities. Good selection of free weights and machines. It’s priced very competitively and happy to pay a bit more as it’s locally owned. All the staff are friendly.
