Sofia Malo I absolutely love training at Upstate Palm Beach Reformer Pilates. The instructors are incredible (shoutout to Courtney and Jenae) — so consistent, attentive, and genuinely experienced. Every session feels thoughtfully planned, and they always know how to guide you into proper form while still keeping the workouts challenging. The classes strike the perfect balance: you feel supported, but you’re also pushed to get stronger, more controlled, and more connected to your body each time. The variety keeps things exciting while still building real progress. The studio has such a positive, motivating energy. You really feel like you’re in good hands from the moment you walk in, and the instructors truly care about your goals. I always walk out feeling stronger, and so much better than when I walked in. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get consistent results, build core strength, and enjoy every single class along the way. Upstate Palm Beach is honestly the best reformer Pilates studio I’ve been to.

Max Clark Dean provides professional and fun personal training which helped me to smash through my plateau’s at the gym. Would highly recommend him to anyone who wanted a personal trainer who specialises in functional fitness and form correction!

Mahin Rahman The courts are really Tripp grippy and well lit. The toilets are well fitted and clean. Finding parking was also easy on a Saturday morning.
