The culture that Chris and the team have created allows members to be themselves and feel comfortable at all times without having any anxiety when entering the gym. It is one big happy family. Phil Dawson I have had a total transformation by going to Fusion Pilates! I had no idea just how much I was not using my core and now after just one month, simple little tasks seems so easy, lifting my kids and bending down are so much easier. My surfing ability has vastly improved too. I can breath better and sleep without lower back pain.
