Philippa Byers I have been attending two classes a week for over two years with Patrick. I have become stronger and have had no injuries because of Patricks oversight. He checks in with how people are feeling and adjusts the load accordingly, gradually timing weight bearing increases. The Maintenance classes combine balance, strength and cardio, and Patrick creates an encouraging, positive and happy atmosphere for all. Small classes are a bonus. I highly reccommend.
I also highly recommend physiotherapist Craig, his one treatment and the exercises he gave my daughter for her back pain, appear to have sorted the problem.
