As a busy professional guy I am quite restricted with my workout times and this gym suits me to a tee as they are open long hours and public holidays. Have change room facilities and showers, and if our up for it great group exercise classes. I highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to get into shape no matter your age or size. Thanks guys!

It is truly a fully equipped facility and completely affordable, offering incredible value for the price. The atmosphere is what truly sets it apart. its incredibly tranquil because its never overcrowded, and the space is very roomy. Crucially, the members are very respectful, the staff is genuinely friendly, the facility feels very safe, and the location is perfect, making it the ultimate spot for a great workout.

I really like the personal feel that comes out through the staff members. You are not just a number in their books. I enjoy the variety of classes offered being boxing, x train, high performance and stretch. Due to these fun classes offered I not only train 5 times a week but I am at my fittest for the first time in my life and feel fantastic thanks to by design: mind & body. Keep the great work up!

4 /5 Charlee Williams: The only reason I am giving it a four is that some of the equipment is old and impossible to adjust BUT on the whole 99 per cent is perfect. As an autistic queer woman I feel safe, and most importantly there is a lot of space to work out as I go during quiet times and I never have an issue with getting to the machines I need. Also the staff kindly moved the workout area upstairs from over the office so if I need to go upstairs due to too many peeps for my sensory overload I can without imposing on the office staff. I appreciate that as that shows a simple solution which works for everyone. I had to kiss a lot of gym frogs to finally find a place I can train and manage my symptoms and finally hitting my goals. This is the first summer in four years I am comfortable wearing sleeveless tops and showing off my guns. Thanks to the team who make it a great vibe.
