5 /5 Simon Green: I was introduced to the crew at Fitwise during their Saturday morning run club which I found to be a friendly and welcoming environment for all running levels. I linked up with Brayden for personal training and after 3 months my strength training has improved to equal what I was lifting in my mid 30s. He has an approach to training that is methodical and tailored to your personal needs. Brayden is studying his Masters in Physiotherapy and I found this valuable as I’ve been working through lower back issues,. Brayden aligns my training program based on advice from my qualified physio and he has a genuine interest in physiological health, body movement/mechanics and the discussion during training sessions is invaluable for those looking to better understand their bodies, improve techniques and develop safe and sustainable training. I am actually moving on from fitwise as I’ve been running memberships with 2 gyms for a few months. My other gym provides a social environment, with plenty of events and challenges which suits my style. I see Fitwise as a gym for people who want a no BS, get in get out training experience. I definitely achieved results with fitwise, the crew there are great and the value is fair. If money was no barrier I’d have continued to train with both gyms as their offerings complemented each other.
