He is focused on helping you learn proper boxing techniques and skills that will help you achieve your goals. What started as a fun way to get fit has now turned into an empowering addiction. As a woman in her 40s it is a wonderful way to learn additional self defence skills, build muscle and strength in a safe environment. Highly recommend.
