Wayne W I joined the men’s Pilates session on the opening day, and it was an amazing experience! The workout feels completely different from other types of exercise — really great for men too. Highly recommend everyone to give it a try!

Leonna Sanderson Morgane is an excellent coach. Best decision I made was to join the braybrook bootcamp, wish I had done it sooner! It’s a fabulous group of women who motivate and support each other. Morgane makes the workouts fun and they are always varied and different. I highly recommend joining the womens Bootcamp.

wilmsey wilms A fantastic gym with great amenities, wide range of equipment and super clean and really friendly members. However easily the best quality of the gym (and I have been to many gyms in my time) is the superb staff, especially Lauren and Amy. They are always extremely welcoming, greeting you with a smile on their face, being very engaging in their manner, and you really do feel valued. They are always willing to help you with any issue or question you may have. This really does contribute to the extremely positive vibe and atmosphere of the gym, and, talking with other members, is a major reason why people really enjoy coming along for a session. I am sure that the member retention rate is also high largely as a result of how comfortable people feel. A big thank you from my partner and I.
