Morana Lucia (Lucy Lucy) Dr. Atiida has helped me so much with my sinusitis when it becomes inflamed, and she also helps relieve the stress I carry in my shoulders and neck. She is the best practitioner I have ever met. She gives great advice and exercises to help you maintain your wellbeing. I highly recommend her — five stars are not enough!

Nadiya Salim Handy place only 5 min walk from home. Smaller than all my previous gyms I’ve been a member of but has all the equipment I need! The staff are so lovely. It’s always very clean and tidy. Other members are so lovely too. It’s nice seeing a variety of clients. Very glad my partner and I decided to join here!

Jenny Shipley I joined Curves at Turramurra recently, mainly because I want to get healthy and stay healthy. I have just retired and find that I sit around a lot and so I thought I would give it a go! I love it! Its not too hard and the instructors are amazing. You can work at your own pace and your own strengths. I come home always feeling happy and know that Im doing something for me and for my health.
