Susan Livingston Before discovering Sonia and her team I couldnt stick with a boring gym routine even though I knew how vital strength work is to having a long "health span". Now I keenly look forward to the STAYfit classes because the trainers are fun, encouraging and knowledgeable. They adapt routines depending on what niggles you have at any stage. Sonia, Nicola and Juliana monitor our progress and encourage us to extend our efforts when its right to build up to the next step. The small groups are full of lovely people, and that makes such a difference to getting to gym. I can feel the results too: much stronger, leaner and more lively! Thank you so much Sonia and team!!

Britt Hannan Cant recommend the team at Reform Health enough. As a client for over three years, the treatment and care has been fantastic. I have been under Monica and Brads care during this time for my lower back and more recently my pregnancy. Monica has been great and helping me return to exercise postpartum and helping strengthen my core. The pilates classes is also recommended.

I started going to a gym, but after a year and a half, I barely saw any results..... until I started with Tiff! She has pushed my body to reach levels I never knew it could reach. The change I have seen in only 3 months is phenomenal! The best female fitness studio in Sydney! Tiff is encouraging and challenges me to reach goals i never knew possible. Great atmosphere, good vibes, body enhancing work outs, motivating me to be the best I can be. Its an addiction!

R M I recently completed the 10-week Fascia Reconstruction course (or, Foot Yoga, as I told my friends) at Phoenix Yoga Studios, and I highly recommend it, especially for anyone looking to improve their foot health. This course has been an absolute game-changer for me. Before starting, I was experiencing persistent issues with my feet, but the targeted exercises and deep understanding of fascia presented in this course truly made a difference. Over the ten weeks, I noticed a significant improvement in my foot mobility, stability, and overall comfort. Its incredible how much better my feet feel now! A huge part of this success is thanks to the incredible instructor, Sanjay. His expertise is evident, but what truly sets him apart is his ability to motivate and inspire. He consistently offered clear instructions and, crucially, provided excellent alternatives for exercises, ensuring everyone in the class could participate effectively regardless of their current flexibility or any limitations. His encouragement made even the more challenging movements feel achievable and rewarding. If youre considering a course or class here, particularly the Fascia Reconstruction with Sanjay, dont hesitate. Its an investment in your well-being that truly pays off!
