We visited twice while I was deciding on which watch to purchase, and on both occasions, Joseph was incredibly accomodating and patient. He took the time to walk me through each of the timepieces I was interested in and made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. In the end, I chose the Grand Seiko Shunbun and it hasn’t left my wrist since! A special shoutout also to the lovely staff who were so kind and friendly with our 6 year old daughter. One of the ladies engaged her in conversation, which made it much easier for me to focus and make my decision without feeling rushed. Having visited many boutique AD stores across Asia, I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had. A heartfelt thank you to Joseph and the Kennedy Chadstone team for making this such a seamless, memorable, and delightful experience.

Nicole Sert I went to a reputable piercing store in Cabramatta. However, my daughters earlobe piercing came out uneven. I have OCD and this is more a personal issue than the piercing store itself. But it was eating me alive. Suzie was kind, patient and non-judgemental. She corrected my daughters piercing that was off by a millimetre. Im so happy with the results and I highly recommend this store.
