1 /5 Word Nation Australia: Rockdale Plaza Goldmark on a Sunday afternoon. Empty. 2 members of staff and no customers but me. Staff preferred to stand around at their respective spots in the empty store not wanting to be disturbed to help customers. This happened to me today. Especially notable is the older woman on staff who seemed to be in some sort of assistant-managerial role with a younger staff member looking on at not only the slackness but also disrespect towards me as I asked for what felt like huge favours to look at some jewellery pieces. Goldmark this is not ok.
