We do a lot of core and strength building exercises to help get ready for my Cricket season. It has been very helpful to get a headstart with your pre-season and it has certainly helped me in achieving my fitness goals for playing active sports. Tanya is very meticulous, professional but most importantly a good human. She helped me get through tough phases, both physical and mental.
