1 /5 Dex Lee: This Bank is 100% a Joke there customer service team have no idea what there doing i called for a simple mobile number update, and there advising me they cant do it over the phone i would need to do a written request sign it and scan my Liccense take a selfie and email it, there about security lol how is that serure sending my Legal license on email having know idea what they do with it. 100% joke that britteny the customer service officer hopeless
