Her teaching style is a perfect balance of guidance, support, and challenge, which makes each class feel accessible yet motivating. She pays close attention to individual needs, offering modifications that cater to all levels (beginner or advanced). Green has an incredible ability to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. I really enjoy practicing yoga with Green and couldn’t imagine going elsewhere!

Green is a amazing instructor, shes caring and considerate of everyone’s body, she will encourage you to try challenging poses while also providing alternative poses. It’s a great mix of flexibility, balance, strength and mobility. The studio is beautiful and tranquil, I feel great after every class and look forward to the next one.

5 /5 Tina Lambert: The studio lives up to its name. Green (our instructor) has created a verdant, tranquil & conducive environment for practicing yoga. She is helpful, knowledgeable & patient. I have attended both her aerial yoga as well as yoga classes and always leave feeling centred and calm. I highly recommend Green Studio.
