1 /5 Brigetta Gates: Was a great outcome 4.5 years ago until I was advised further details were not settled properly. Obviously too busy to return my calls or reply to my emails. Unfinished business going on 4.5 years, I still require a name change for property settlement. Extremely infuriating & frustrating to get this finalised. Not one returned phone call or reply to an email....I send & try to contact monthly....so poor
