Health + Fitness Studio - Cammeray (NSW)

Carnigene Pulicay I love how it is so convenient for anyone who wants to get fit. It is free and so accessible. It is just along Dandenong Creek trail. So if you are on your walk or run or even bike, you can just stop and give it a go. It is clean and well maintained. A few months ago, it didnt have any drinking fountain but now it has. I am so happy about it and will definitely recommend it to everyone!

Azam Oroumei I visited Physiohealth in Williamstown for the first time this afternoon and had a session with physiotherapist Matthew Williamson. I walked in quite sore and Matthew evaluated my condition. He gave me some gentle hand work and followed by electric stimulation and ice pack. He prescribed a number of exercises and advices. I instantly felt quite improved as I walked out of this clinic. Very great first impression from Matthews work.

Helma Storey I have just joined Train 24/7 gym in Mornington and enjoyed each of the 4 classes attended so far. Great facility with different trainers each day to make it interesting. Work as hard as it suits the individual amongst fun and friendly small group. Glad I joined up!

Cameron Roberts Prices are reasonable, theres tons of great equipment and the staff are friendly. Unlike other gyms Ive been to, theyre not aggressive in getting you to sign up to long lasting contracts and have offered to put payments on hold for a couple of weeks when sick or on holidays. Would absolutely recommended this gym to anyone looking.
