Ian Smith Naturally at the age of 50 plus I have had my fair share of running injuries and niggles. Cory has helped me get through all of them. His experience and expertise have helped me greatly and Im still managing lifetime PBs thanks to his help.

Mariam George C3 kingsgrove is such a welcoming and energetic training community with the right support for all strengths and abilities. I have significant limiting injuries, but the coaches surely know how to tweak the program to accommodate my injuries, allowing me to still get a great workout.

As a rugby player, he has greatly helped with my game. He caters your workouts, to what your sport/ activity needs and genuinely cares about helping you achieve your goals.
