Carol Goddard I have had sessions with Laura for a persistent shoulder injury that was stopping me from doing lots of things I love to do. Laura guided me to work on the strengths I have and to ‘work with’ the limitations of my shoulder. Fast forward to today and I now have full range of movement in my shoulders and they are now as strong as ever and I am pain free. Laura thank you for your patience and persistence, and for seeing a path ahead for me even when I couldn’t see it for myself.
