E V Absolutely love this place! I can’t recommend this Pilates studio enough. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with such warmth it’s a completely safe, welcoming space for everyone, no matter your shape, size, or fitness level. The instructors are incredibly supportive and meet you exactly where you’re at, whether you’re a total beginner or have been practising for years. What I love most is how empowering each class feels. You never feel judged or out of place just encouraged to move your body, build strength, and feel good. Every session leaves me feeling calmer, stronger, and more confident. If you’re looking for a studio that’s about progress, not perfection, this is the place. It’s not just Pilates it’s community, energy, and self-care all in one.

Petra Williams I did the trail class here and loved it. When I couldnt find the gym because my GPS was going crazy in the rainy weather, Nikki stayed on the phone with me until I found the gym. The workout was targeted and worked my old ladies arms and butt back into shape. Everyone was super welcoming. Really enjoyed the experience, thank you
