Sev We had the most incredible experience at Flow St8 in Glen Iris! Our workplace team booked the recovery lounge and it was nothing short of amazing. The space is beautiful and thoughtfully designed — calm, welcoming, and perfect for unwinding. A big highlight was the cold plunge coaching, which was expertly guided by Rhys, who made the experience approachable even for first-timers. Everyone felt so refreshed, recharged, and connected afterwards. Will definitely be back!

The equipment is always well-maintained, and the gym is spotless. Highly recommend! Whether youre into cardio or strength training, this gym has everything you need. Ive been coming here for 1 hour and have seen great results. Definitely worth it!

Halina Grey I had a really sore neck, shoulder and back, called restore and they actually had an appointment for the next day so I was lucky! It was my first time going to a physiotherapist and I didnt know what to expect but both the receptionist and Matthew were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I no longer have the pain and Mathew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Also could use my Medicare and health insurance so it ended up costing me only $42 all up which was fantastic as Im poor. Overall great place to go if you have pain. 10/10 recommend!
