We really appreciated the staffs caring support and flexibility with accommodating with our larger group. Drinks service was great as well, and everyone had their coffee and tea :).

Jason Izydorczyk I had an incredible session with Claudia, and I cant recommend her enough! Her deep understanding of anatomical fascial connections was immediately clear—she was able to pinpoint areas of tightness and weakness just by observing me stand. It was impressive how quickly she identified the root causes of my pain and limited range of motion. In just one session, she used targeted exercises that released tension and improved both my mobility and stability. I noticed a significant difference in my running afterward—my stride felt smoother and stronger. If youre looking for someone who truly knows how to assess and treat the body holistically, Claudia is amazing!
