Steph Paduano Laura’s pilates offering in Kurnell is absolutely wonderful. She makes you feel super comfortable and supported all whilst having a laugh. Her classes are amazing, especially her mums and bubs class. Her dedication and passion really shines through ✨

Farzana Patel Just a shout out of appreciation to the lovely pilates Instructors Tayla, Lucy and Olivia who make every session fun and effective. I feel super supported and fabulous after every session. The studio is also set up wonderfully. They also do yoga and dance, which I am yet to try, but I highly recommend this studio on anyone’s fitness journey. 10/10!!!

Jody Mahmoud Nicely decorated with everything you need. The gym equipment is good. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and Spa available. Excellent prices and very suitable for the Muslim community. Recommend.
