Club Trillium - Mickleham (VIC)

Vanessa SA Brand new pilates studio located right next to Rockdale Station. The trainers are very experienced, knowledgeable and welcoming. What I love the most about it is that this is not one of those studios that put 15-20 people in a room and give the the same exercises to everyone, Vida Pilates classes are basically private and customised according to my needs. Not to mention that Val is a super kind and accomodating person and the sense of community there is fantastic!

Tiah Gordon Salt is a beautiful, cosy and supportive Pilates studio! I went to my first ever Pilates class there last year with Alicia, and am completely hooked. All the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable and create a welcoming environment for people of all experience levels. Big fan of Salt!!

Angela Boutique PT/functional training gym. I am yet to see a bro or hear much grunting. Yoga instructor is awesome. I train with a goal to improve my mental health. I see Ben three times a week. It is a huge well ventilated factory, I have never seen it crowded. There are small group training sessions for the more social peeps. Kid and dog friendly.

laura moore I highly recommend Cube Fitness! The staff are incredibly friendly and always accommodating to everyone’s individual needs. I love attending the Pilates classes, all the instructors are fantastic at adapting each session to suit every person, especially Krissy, who is so supportive, encouraging, and welcoming. I also love the wide range of services Cube offers. I recently had a spray tan, and it was amazing! Perfectly matched to my complexion for a natural, glowing finish (not a hint of orange!).

Gino Yunnissi I was amazed at how beautiful and aesthetically pleasing the studios are! The staff were very warm and made our family feel welcome and at home :) There’s plenty of choice for all kinds of family and kids fitness and dance classes, our children loved it!
