Kathy Scott I love being part of Core24. I pay for the Diamond Membership which gives me access to all of the clubs and heaps and heaps of classes. I particularly enjoy Bootcamp and Hiit with Ian at Carrum Downs. Amy G is also an excellent Pilates Reformer instructor. In saying that, I am never disappointed in any of the classes that I attend across both Frankston and Carrum Downs.

Rachelle Beesley Acrogym is a club that I knew was the right fit for my daughter, from the dedicated and experienced coaches to the very talented elite athletes. Acrogym has brought out the very best in Kiara. I couldnt ask more from a club that has become Kiaras second family.

Kelly Opitz I had my first ever kinesiology session with Mel and I cannot explain the difference I feel within my body. Mel provided me with the space to let go of a lot of energy that has clogged my body for a long time. Mel made me feel so safe, validated, and she understood my needs without me having to explain too much. Her gentle touch, her calming voice and her relaxed presence was exactly what I needed to recognise and shift my barriers. For the first time in years I drove home from the appointment in pure silence. Something that I felt I could not do as I always have background noise or a podcast or music playing. Thank you Mel. I know this is just the beginning of our journey together.
