Honestly the unwecoming attitude coupled with the tone of the voice made me feel like I was being a nuisance for coming in at that time!
Let me say I am 72 years old and have been with IMB since the 70sl
I said to her " If its going to be to be too much trouble I will withdraw my money and go elsewhere!"
No its ok " was the reply.
I.must admit her attitude then changed!
But heres the thing, Should I have been treated that way,? It is a bank and there was no notice saying
DO NOT COME IN WITH A LONGER THAN USUAL TRANSACTION NEAR CLOSING TIME
So IMB I apologise for coming in with an overseas transaction at closing time but the attitude of that particular staff is not acceptable.
Nevertheless I will continue with IMB because I love the wonderful service that I have received over the years and I introduced my children and family members to the Bank and they too are long term members.
