Extremely patient and helpful to guide us through the process. Shared specific tips on how to maximise interest. Made sure we were looked after. Handled with a smile. Even offered if any issues in the future the staff could ring around to get us in touch with him, which was a nice personal banking touch.
Also a reminder why Saturday banking is an essential service. She doesn’t have Internet, didn’t remember her telephone banking password. Me being able to take her and Alex guiding her through is an example of helping Australians over a little extra profit.
