The program was beneficial for me because we took time to reflect each month on what we had experienced so far, set intentions and goals for the next month, and discuss what things could be getting in the way of our success. Ha being a safe place to share my mistakes and my successes was very helpful in helping me to stay focused and not be too hard on my progress. Through this program, Lucie guides us to review and evaluate our plans regularly and adapt our action steps to new circumstances. I have found Lucies ability to hold us accountable in a gentle but firm way very helpful to keep us on track, and nudge us a bit out of our comfort zone with practical and creative steps to help us reach our goals. Lucie provides a unique combination of professional structure and heart guided intuition to get us where we desire to be. Through Lucies Masterflow program, I have started my business and achieved multiple goals beyond my expectations. I recommend to participate in her program on a multiple year basis to have the consistent accountability and guidance needed to keep stretching beyond your normal comfort zone and reach your desired outcome, or something even better. I also recently participated in another of her programs “Be Friends with Finances” I loved the program because of the lessons on how to date your finances and how the spreadsheet/budget works; and combination with some mindset evolution. Plus the bonus 21 day abundance challenge and doing it all together to learn from one another’s experiences.
